Yes, the do have different styles
Basically, the difference comes from instincts of being a woman. whether 18 or 81, as women, we have the motherly feeling and the soft side that comes with it. We are more rational towards situations. We are also more dedicated to projects we dedicate ourselves to. Women are more open-minded towards new ideas. From my experience, they are less dragged into the prejudice among their specific group and if it is work, it is always about work and nothing else. As leaders, even though women are more emotional, the really work hard to keep their emotions intact and away from the work area. The same can be said with their organization and prioritizing. but sometimes, "motherly instinct" can influence in the wrong way, which still happens rarely. They are more organized, because women take responsibility when they know they can do it or learn from other and personal background rarely affects their decision. But when it comes to men, they enter into the responsibility section with dedication and personal issues. They believe as men they should take responsibility. Taika, 18, Ethiopia
